Social listening provides both scope and specificity, but can sometimes feel like it’s attempting to freeze evolving narratives and dynamics in place. Narrative Intelligence, meanwhile, enables us to understand social behavior and perspectives as they actually are: fluid, dynamic and constantly mutating.
