Jason is a highly experienced technical consultant with deep knowledge in helping businesses deliver high-quality Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Employee, and Market Research programs using Confirmit solutions. His focus on social and text analytics is based on his in-depth understanding of key techniques, including predictive modelling, machine learning, data mining algorithms, and neural network models.
Jason has been a member of the EMEA Text and Social Analytics Team for 9 years, plays a pivotal role in the TA sales process, being actively involved in Sales, Marketing, Education and Post-Sales implementations, whilst critically actively linking the differing internal disciplines together to deliver outstanding customer service. Jason also Works closely with the EMEA & APAC Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery and Programme Management Teams to ensure TA engagements are scoped, managed and delivered according to agreed specifications.
