Carley Fain is the Director of Client Development and Excellence at ZappiStore. After gaining a 1st Class Degree in Business and Marketing, Carley started her career in marketing before focusing on insight. Working in a full service capacity across a broad range of clients in the online insight community world, Carley spent some time developing these skills before moving into media research. Carley recently left her role as Insight Director at Omd UK to join ZappiStore.
